Jury is a “band” that synthesizes the talents of several artists who couldn’t make it on their own.

Each artist has a “style”or genre but not enough ideas or talent to make a whole album walk.

Also, these artists are fictional.

And their songs are written by a human-being and not by AI and not by plagiarism.

However the songs are from Suno.

This isn’t an attempt to deceive but more like, a fun fiction. And a challenge to make a storyline and characters that are at least: Plausible.

Jury isn’t selling anything. Not tee shirts, not tickets, not online concerts, not mp3.

The “whole reason” for Jury is that if you do it right, your music can be on some music platforms which THEN allows a civilian (non musician lyricist) to stream their own music anytime anywhere. Jury brings together the content of Some Thoughts, Mack MacKinnon, Prairie, and then the content conceived since under the band name “Jury”.

The streaming platforms don’t even have valid information to cut a check for the ten plays Jury songs get. And that’s okay. It’s not about selling, deception, streams, or income at all.

If there’s any infringement issues we think the defense would be “Sorry it overlapped your tune, but you can’t come for fraud because we’re not collecting any money for any thing. Not at all. Since it’s inception Some Thoughts, (the OG band name) not 0.01 penny has been paid nor collected.
